Annual Membership Fees 
Full Membership:  $5,000 per solvent corporate entity including pools
Associate Membership (no voting rights):  $2,000 per company per receiver, rehabilitator or supervisor.  

Membership fee includes 3-4 meetings annually, reduced registration fee for commutation event, discounted RAA products, registration discounts to certain conferences hosted by the American Conference Institute and Mealey’s plus access to committee reports and membership participants.

This statement must be executed by Applicants for Members of the Association:
The undersigned member ("Member") of the Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Companies ( the "Association") acknowledges and agrees that by virtue of representing the Association, the law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae ("LLGM") does not have an attorney-client relationship with each or any individual member and does not represent any individual member.  Member acknowledges that LLGM may be engaged in representations adverse to Member and such representations do not constitute a conflict of interest.  The foregoing acknowledgement and agreement applies only to LLGM's representation of the Association and does not apply if Member retains LLGM in its individual capacity and not as a Member of the Association.
