Embedding Racial Equity in the Insurance Industry.   Join our panel of experts as they bust prevalent myths about the industry and discuss what the current external environment compels us to rethink.  The panel will address barriers to entry, best practices for recruiting and retaining diverse employees, and the accountability necessary at all levels to achieve a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. They will also provide their insights about strategies that work -- and strategies that don’t work – and the actions that all leaders and individuals can take to drive positive change.
