The topics will include the impact of vi rus exclusions that may exist in particular policies. The panelists will su mmarize the claims asserted by policyholders in litigation throughout the U S as well as insurer responses. In addition, the program will review the st ate and federal legislative proposals as well as executive and regulatory o rders concerning coverage for COVID-19 business interruption losses. As par t of that discussion, the webinar will address the potential constitutional issues presented by certain of the proposed legislation.
