2024 Event Location: The Westin Jersey City Newport is steps away from downtown Jersey City, is within walking distance to the PATH train, and is a short ride away from New York City.  To make a reservation please contact the hotel directly via this reservation LINK or via phone at +1 201-626-2900 and ask to be included in the AIRROC room block, room rates will vary based on availability after the cut-off date of Friday, September 27, 2024, our current rate is $245 per night. • AIRROC Members and Corporate Partners get one free full-access registration per company; additional delegates from member companies pay only $750 (after September 23, $850) 
• Non-member full access rate is $1150 (after September 23, $1250) 
• Monday Virtual Education Sessions (single participant) - $150 for members and $250 for non-members
• Monday Virtual Education Sessions (10 participant package) - Group Rates for up to ten attendees from the same company - $500 for members and $650 for non-members
• Monday evening events ONLY - award ceremony, reception, and dinner (included in full access registration) - $300 per person for members; $350 non-members 
• Meeting table reservation fee is $500 for members and non-members

Full Access, in-person, event registration includes:
-- All meals (2 lunches, 2 breakfasts, 2 dinners)
-- Two days of access to transactions/meetings 
-- Gala dinner
-- Two networking receptions
-- Education session with CLE
